This privately owned villa is built to suit the best of tastes, fully adorned in limestone from the Island of Brac - the same stone that was used to build the White House and the historic Diokletian's Palace in the city of Split, along with many other monumental buildings along the Dalmatian Coast. The bay on which it sits is quiet and beautiful, with crystal clear water perfect for swimming.
The villa offers a view of the bay, along with a view of the city of Makarska, just a ferry ride away. The villa sits in a quiet and private location offering peace and tranquility, with gorgeous Mediterranean landscaping, surrounded by lovely pine trees, beautifully scented rosemary and lavender, among other plants native to the island of Brac.
A private terrace is just steps away from the beautiful crystal clear Adriatic Sea, with private beach areas for swimming and sunbathing. There is a buoy available to tie up a boat. With its perfect bay location, the Villa lends itself to many water activities, such as water skiing, wakeboarding, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, and sailing. Just a quick walk from the Villa, you have a tasty local restaurant, Restaurant Bilin, with fine local Croatian cuisine.
